We generally look to form agreements with academic institutions that provide use of our technologies in exchange for validation and/or rights to improvements and discoveries. Traditionally a good academic partner will have a well developed target and assay. Mixture Sciences, Inc. can provide the technologies to identify native or novel ligands. We generally look to form agreements with commercial companies that provide use of our technologies and scientific expertise for nominal fees in exchange for milestone payments. Our agreements provide our commercial partners a low risk entry into the use of our novel technologies. In addition we provide the opportunity for our partners to use our technologies at our site giving them full access to our experimental expertise.
